Pay for what you collect
Analytics, session recordings, feedback and app analytics share one allowance, so you decide what to spend it on rather than buying four products. Start below by describing your traffic.
What does my site need?
A few questions and an educated guess. Nothing is sent anywhere and nothing is worked out about you. Every answer is already on the page.
That works out at roughly
60,000 credits a month
50,000 page views + 10,000 custom events
- Site
- 60,000
- 50,000 page views + 10,000 custom events
- App
- 0
Covered by Beginner
More than the largest plan covers. Talk to us and we will work something out.
Assumes about four page views per visit, a fifth of your traffic firing a custom event, and an app reporting an error on two screens in a hundred. Credits are shared across everything on the account, so a site and an app draw from one balance. Search Console and Bing refreshes and API calls are metered too, and are small enough at a few hundred credits a month to leave out of this. Your own numbers will differ; the plans below all let you buy more when you need it.
Plans
Prices exclude tax, which is added at checkout according to where you are.
Prices are shown in the currency we think fits where you are. What you are actually charged is set at checkout, from your billing country, and does not change afterwards.

When the credits run out
Collection stops
Nothing is charged and nothing breaks. The site keeps working, and Skomi resumes collecting when the credits cycle resets. Data not collected during a stop cannot be recovered.
Or it buys more
Switch it on and Skomi tops up from your account balance in small blocks, up to a limit you set. A spike in traffic can never produce a bill you did not agree to.
Questions
Is this cheaper than what I use now?
Almost certainly not, if what you use now is Google Analytics. That is free and this is not. What you are buying is the absence of a consent banner, data stored in the EU, every visit counted rather than estimated, and heatmaps, recordings and feedback on the same bill instead of three. Against paying separately for analytics and a heatmap tool, it is usually cheaper; against free, it never is.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes, and it does not expire. It is one site with a small allowance, meant for a personal site or for trying Skomi properly before paying for it.
What does annual billing change?
The price, and nothing else. Credits are still granted every month and still reset every month. An annual plan is a discount on the money, not a smaller allowance.
What counts as a site?
One domain you have added to your account. Subdomains you add separately count separately.
Do mobile apps use up my site allowance?
No. Every plan carries two limits, one for sites and one for apps, and they are counted separately. Adding an app does not cost you a site.
What happens if I go over my allowance?
Whatever you decide. Left alone, metering stops when the allowance runs out and starts again next month. Switch overage on and Skomi tops up in blocks from your balance, up to a cap you set, so a spike can cost you money only up to a number you chose in advance. The free plan cannot overspend at all.
How long is my data kept?
For the window your plan includes, which is on the card above. Analytics, recordings and feedback each have their own, and recordings are always the shortest. Once a window passes, that data is deleted rather than archived; there is no cold storage to restore it from.
Can I change plan later?
At any time, in both directions. Moving up applies straight away and you pay the difference for the rest of the cycle; moving down comes off your next bill.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The one shown on this page, which follows the country you are in. It is fixed when your subscription starts and does not change afterwards. We never convert between currencies, and a later price change leaves an existing subscription on the terms it was bought under.
